I brought my Nissan KICKS in on Saturday (6/14) for its NYS Inspection. The customer service was wonderful. Love their customer waiting room which has an ample # of chairs and tables to sit at. In about 30-minutes I was done. Beside getting my inspection done, is that they always wash your car after each service appointment. They are the best and truly know how to take care of their customers. Thank you to the Service Department Team.
I don't usually write reviews, but every so often I come across exceptional service that needs to be mentioned. We were on a family road trip from Boston, MA to Niagara Falls NY when our car unexpectedly broke down at an I-90 service area over the July 4th weekend. After some research, we had the car towed to Bob Johnson Nissan Service Center in Rochester. It was almost 45 minutes away from where we broke down but it turned out to be the best place we could have chosen. Special thanks to our Service Rep Ron H. and the Lead Technician Al who took the time (on busy a holiday weekend no less) to carefully diagnose and repair the car. They were diligent, honest, thorough, kept us updated, and truly went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road. Ron and Al didn’t just treat us like customers, they treated us like family. The team at Bob Johnson Nissan certainly raised the bar in customer service, Huge thank you to Bob Johnson Nissan. Its refreshing to experience a car dealer serve with integrity and care these days.
Excellent experience with this dealership. My vehicle broke down and we were hundreds of miles from our home. They replaced the transmission under warranty, and it was done in a couple days. ❤️
